- Cervical Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection
Steroid-anesthetic injection designed to relieve neck, shoulder, and arm pain caused by nerve compressions in the cervical spine. Often due to a herniated disc or spinal stenosis.
- Cervical Medial Branch Block
Anesthetic injection used to desensitize the medial branch nerves in the cervical spine. Used as a diagnostic tool.
- Facet Joint Injection
Steroid-anesthetic injection used to both treat and diagnose pain in the facet joints. The facet joints are found on either side of the vertebrae.
- Facet Medial Branch Block
Diagnostic procedure used to identify any painful facet joints. Utilizes injection into the medial branch nerves.

Non-operative procedure that utilizes an ultrasound to properly guide a needle to inject steroid pain relief where needed in the treatment of various conditions.
- Joint Injections Under Ultrasound Guidance
Utilizes an ultrasound to guide a steroid injection to any problem area in a joint. Ultrasound allows for maximum accuracy.
- Knee Steroid Injection Under Ultrasound Guidance
Ultrasound-guided steroid injection utilized to treat osteoarthritis in the knee.
- Knee Synvisc/ Hyalgan Injection
Non-surgical injection of gel-like medication into the knee to aid the synovial fluid that cushions the knee joint.

Injection used to numb a specific part of the body prior to many medical procedures.

- (RFA) Radiofrequency Ablation of Cervical Lateral Facet Joint Medial Branch
Minimally invasive procedure that utilizes radio-wave heat to treat facet joint pain by “turning off the nerve producing pain”. The procedure does not destroy the nerve but “calms it down” and relieves pain. Also called radiofrequency rhizotomy or neurotomy.
- (RFA) Radiofrequency Ablation of Lumbar Facet Joint Medial Branch of Lateral Facet Joint
Minimally invasive procedure utilizing the heat of radio waves to relieve pain in the facet joints of the neck.
- Sacroiliac Joint Injection
Pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory injection that targets pain focused where the spine and hip bone meet, the sacroiliac joint.
Tenotomy is a breakthrough technology for the treatment of chronic tendon pain by eliminating damaged tissue through a minimally invasive procedure. NON Surgical-Tenotomy uses a supersonic stream of saline to remove damaged tissue while preserving healthy tendon tissue.
- Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection
An outpatient steroid-anesthetic injection used to relieve pain that radiates from the nerves in the lower back to the legs.
